Time's up... or not?

As you know, the deadline for this season's Sho Exchange was supposed to be today. However, given the number of requests for extensions we have received, our team has decided to change the schedule a little bit.
New deadline: January 25th (unless we have already given you a different date after January 25th for your extension)
Posting starts: February 1st
We have talked to most of you already, but those who haven't given signs of life yet... please do so as soon as possible. If we haven't heard anything from you in the next 48 hours, we'll have to assign a pinch-hitter. No exceptions.
That being said, we hope all of you have fun finishing your assignments.
Remember to submit your fic using this header:
