Last week we shared with you a message about the situation at Sakurai-san's campaign's headquarters. Things have been looking up since then (Sakurai-san is no longer gobbling down cheesecake after cheesecake, something his stylist appreciates very much), especially after the poll's results came in this morning (thanks to everyone who took the time to read and vote!)
Sakurai-san sent us this picture after we informed him about the numbers:
We believe it's safe to say that he's very excited about the news. That or someone was grabbing his butt, we do not know. In any case, just this announcement got him in an splendid mood. He's even rehearsing his speech again!
So, without further ado...
It is the first time for our team to organize an event of this type! We hope that by doing this, we can give Sakurai-san the encouragement he needs to continue focusing both on his work as an Arashi member and on hisworld domination political ambitions.
On our last brainstorming session, we discussed some points which we want to recapitulate here:
- Due to limited time, the exchange's schedule has been arranged like this:
Sign-ups: December 9th, 2016 - December 15th, 2016
Assignments sent by: December 18th, 2016
Deadline: February 7th, 2017. (For those requiring a beta-reader, the deadline is on January 31st, 2017)
Posting starts on: February 14th, 2017
Reveals: A week after the last fic has been posted.
As you can see, posting won't start on Sakurai-san's birthday. He did give us his approval to move it to Valentine's Day (he was a bit reluctant and embarrassed at first though). We understand that everyone is not on the same time zone, therefore we will be following GMT time for this exchange.
- We have decided that all fics must have a minimum of 2000 words. After some discussions, our staff members decided that a word limit won't be necessary.
- There will still be an activity on January 25th to celebrate Sakurai-san's birthday. Details will be discussed later.
- We have a post dedicated exclusively to the exchange's rules, which you can read HERE. For your convenience, we will sum them up below (although we recommend that you check that post to avoid inconveniences):
1. Fics must be Sho-centric.
2. Each participant must include at least two ROMANTIC pairings that include Sho in the "want to read/write" sections of their application. This is MANDATORY.
3. Fics must be at least 2000 words long.
4. Write in good, readable English.
5. Fics must be beta-read before being submitted. (If you need a beta, let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you!)
6. Include all html tags when submitting the fic.
7. Do not break anonymity or post your fic elsewhere before reveals.
8. Please do your best to write what your recipient requested!
9. Follow the schedule, and contact us if you need an extension/to drop out (preferably at least a week before the deadline).
10. HAVE FUN!

Pairings you want to write: In order of preference: Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Yama, Sakumiya, Sakuraiba.
Pairings you don’t want to write: Sho/anyone else
I would like to write (prompts/genres/kinks etc.): Fluff, romance with light angst, stupid/silly romance stories, romantic fic with lots of sex, any kinds of fic with lots of sex, PWP (if requested). I can write both AU or non-AU, but AU is preferred. I need prompts to start writing though, so I'd prefer to write something based on a prompt.
I would not like to write (prompts/genres/kinks etc.): Horror, mystery, psychological, historical genres. Violence, abusive behaviors (including anyone in Arashi being a jerk and self-abusive), incest, sex without clear consent (including rape and dub-con), infidelity (cheating), first person POV, gender-swap, age differences, male pregnancy. Blood play, scat play, food play, breath play, extreme Dom/sub kinks.
Pairings you want in your fic: Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Sakumoto, Sakumiya, Yama, Sakuraiba. OT3: Jun/Sho/Ohno, Jun/Sho/Nino, Jun/Sho/Aiba. OT5. Sakumoto is my fave (if the five times mention doesn't make it clear enough). Also Jun is my fave so if you can't come up with him as the main pairing (I know it might be inevitable because this is a Sho-centric, not Jun-centric exchange), please make his character an important part of the story. Ask mod for a list if you want to write a story with a lot of side characters.
Pairings you do not want: Sho/anyone else including OC. Drama characters.

Pairing Specific Prompts:
Sakumoto:
- They met once accidentally. They met twice the next week. They met more often gradually and without them noticing it, they've grown a liking for each other. One of them had to start the conversation and Sho decided to do it.
- Jun is the guy of Sho's dream. He has anything Sho could ever want in a partner but a miscommunication in the past changed Jun from being friendly to being cold at him. Now it's up to Sho to make it up to Jun.
Sakumiya:
- They are always put in situations that force them to compete against each other for a mission. That one time, though, they realize that they have to work together in order to succeed the mission.
General Prompts:
- Mr. & Mrs. Smith
- 50 First Dates (of course Sho is Drew Barrymore)
- Talent and manager relationship. Both have crush on each other but both won't reciprocate on each other's actions.
- Fake marriage.
- Sho loves to travel. In one of his trip, he suddenly has to share a bed with a stranger. They hated it but ended up falling in love with the other.
- Sho loves to travel. In every place he went to, for some reason, he ended up meeting a kind stranger who would let him do another kind of adventure - in bed.
General things I'd like to read in the fic:

- Sho cares a lot for all Arashi member and every member's love for Sho

Prompts: Anything I didn't list above. I know it might limit your creativity. So if you find it hard to come up with anything from my list, PLEASE contact the mod so you can discuss it with me.
Situation: violence, abusive behaviors (including anyone in Arashi being a jerk and self-abusive), incest, sex without clear consent (including rape and dub-con), infidelity (cheating), unrequited love, heavy angst, character death, terminal illness/disease (actually any kind of disease), underage drinking/drugs usage (actually please don't give me any kinds of drugs usage), underage sex, first person POV, gender-swap, age differences (please make their age differences like how they are irl), male pregnancy, seme/uke stereotyping, something other than their names to address them ('the younger', 'the older', 'the smaller', 'the latter', 'the diva', 'the gamer', 'the rapper', 'the animal lover', 'the painter', etc).
Kinks: anything weird that they didn't discuss beforehand, blood play, scat play, food play, breath play, extreme Dom/sub kinks. Actually anything that isn't on my kink list (I'll send you the list via mod).
